​
Bobby is an experienced business owner and successful real estate investor. He is currently invested in several properties with a total portfolio value over $87 million. Bobby holds alternative investments in the Raleigh, Colorado Springs, Birmingham, Tampa/St. Petersburg, and Greenville/Spartanburg markets. He has always had a passion for financial education as well as financial independence. The discovery of truly passive income through apartment syndication allowed Bobby to pursue more time with family and friends. He started On Call Capital to help educate others about investment opportunities outside of the stock market. Bobby uses his
experience as a limited and general partner in apartment syndications to
align with others in the multifamily/alternative investment space who bring these types of opportunities to healthcare providers and working professionals. At On Call Capital, Bobby oversees all due diligence, capital raising efforts, investor relations, and asset management for the firm.

Prior to starting On Call Capital, Bobby obtained his BA in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2003. While in college, he worked nearly two years in the marketing department of ERA Realty in Gainesville, FL. Bobby later completed a BSN from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2006 and a MSN in Nurse Anesthesia from the Wake Forest University Nurse Anesthesia Program in 2011. He worked five years as an RN and another eight as a CRNA, holding multiple state level board and committee positions in North Carolina.
Bobby met his wife, LaRona, at the University of Florida. They have three children under the age of 10. They spend their weekends hiking, traveling, bowling, crafting, and cheering on the Gators. They currently reside in Winston-Salem, NC.

Brian Briscoe, Four Oaks Capital

Brian is the Director of Operations for Four Oaks Capital, a national real estate investment firm that specializes in the acquisition, re-positioning, and rebranding of multifamily assets through a private equity fund structure. Brian is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps and brings years of leadership and management experience to his real estate investments. As a Marine officer, he has proven his ability to plan, lead, and effectively accomplish missions in both training and combat situations. He has earned graduate degrees from both the University of Utah and Naval Postgraduate School and is currently stationed at the Pentagon. He has actively invested in real estate since 2007. Brian is an “Advisor” in Michael Blank’s Deal Maker Mastermind and a member of Michael's “Elite Investor Club.”
Eric Shirley, Four Oaks Capital

Eric is the Director of Acquisitions for Four Oaks Capital, a national real estate investment firm, specializing in the acquisition, re-positioning, and rebranding of multifamily assets through a private equity fund structure. Eric is from Columbia, South Carolina, and graduated from the College of Charleston with degrees in Biology and Business Administration. Since then, he has worked 12 years in sales with a Fortune 500 medical device company, winning numerous President's Club awards for high sales performance. He was also appointed to the President's Advisory Board and Sales Leadership Council. In addition to his passion for multifamily real estate, Eric controls a portfolio of residential properties in Columbia, SC. Eric is an “Advisor” in Michael Blank’s Deal Maker Mastermind.
